Foundations Weekend (2-day workshop)
Discover the road map to your mind so you can literally be the driver of your own life. This two-day intensive kickstart’ workshop will help you gain clarity and momentum. It will give you the tools you need to experience greater health, happiness, confidence, purpose and emotional fitness. You will learn and apply evidenced based strategies that will see you stepping into your potential and feeling in control and on track.
Loving Food for Food and Being Body Positive (1-day workshop)
Discover the four eating profiles to give you an entirely new perspective on enjoying food. Get away from eating guilt good and bad food rules. Take charge of your body image to make and keep positive in a world that is consumed by the perfect ideal!
Behaviour Dynamics – yours and everybody else’s (1-day workshop)
With your own personality profile and this fun and in-depth workshop you will learn why you do what you do and don’t do what you don’t do. The more you learn about your own innate and unconscious behavioural patterns, the more you will understand yourself AND the complexities and nuances of other people.Leadership of yourself, your family and of others is pretty tough without having a sound knowledge of personality types and human behaviour.
Magical Relationships (1-day workshop)
Explore the reasons why we reject love, have intimacy issues, are constant people pleasers and/or struggle with boundaries. Gain necessary insight into your love languages and what you most need and don’t need in a relationship. This workshop will have you thinking ‘why on earth don’t they teach this stuff at school?’ and ‘I finally feel I can communicate without being defensive or having to prove a point.’ Understanding intimate relationships (whether you are in one or not) is just as important as knowing how to be a good friend! If you have a partner, we encourage you to bring them along.
The Best Year Yet (1-day workshop)
You’ll discover how to make your next 12 months your ‘best year yet’ by integrating all that you have learned, realised and changed during the 7-week program. With a new outlook, confidence, understanding and motivation you will l create a purposeful vision for yourself. Alongside this vision you will design a practical, achievable and incremental plan of action to achieve your goals and manage the inevitable speed bumps along the way.

A.R.T is not about finger painting nor drawing it is what we need to do when we want more purpose, satisfaction and alignment within ourselves and out of our life.

If you feel it is important, to be the person you want to be more often, in your professional and personal life, then my 7-week program is for you.
It is not fluffy nor filled with ‘dream and believe’ hype. It is down to earth, evidence based and a game changer – in a myriad of ways:

You are not a number. The 7-week program is about quality and not quantity. I am proud of its reputation as a group and yet individualised personal and professional development program. To ensure all participants get the attention, motivation and accountability they need and deserve, numbers are limited to 16 face-to-face.

Definitely not! There is no obligation or need for you to share your experiences with the wider group. I NEVER put anyone on the spot and there is no role playing nor pressure to divulge anything. I do encourage the sharing of insights, observations, learnings and of course questions.
We have become very flexible and will cater to your needs as best we can. Depending on which workshop it is, we can Zoom ‘you in’, or I will catch you up with the content one-to-one. In this current climate of isolation etc, we adapt easily.
All live online webinars are recorded. We post the link to the recording, in your private Facebook group the following day to ensure you do not miss out. This also gives you ongoing access to the content to re-listen whenever you feel like a refresh.
We simply encourage you to come as YOU. Our Headquarters is an iconic old, elevated Darwin home with polished floorboards, lots of natural light and very welcoming energy. If you are a Darwinite who feels the cold, I recommend you bring something warm.
I have learned that we find the money to pay for what we choose to prioritise in life. Getting your nails done, going fishing, paying sports team fees, buying coffees and soft drink, eating out, enjoying a beer or two or having an espresso martini – it all adds up!
Thing is though nothing is more important than investing in than your confidence, potential, happiness and health and I have a range of payment plans to help you do this.
I have now been running this program for over a decade and in that time have seen nothing but respect and confidentiality being upheld within a group. As a standard precaution all participants and staff are required to sign a legally binding confidentiality agreement prior to program participation.
